People joke that there’s always a sale going on at Kohl’s. Well … when you’re in charge of coming up with new sale event handles as well as exciting and enticing ways to compel the customer to shop, it definitely feels like that’s the case. From an everyday stock-up sale to the Super Bowl of savings, Black Friday, we did everything within our creative power to make sure the customer shopped until the next time the prices dropped.

We built a best-in-class loyalty program. Twice. We tested and tweaked and ultimately ended up frankenstein-ing the best benefits and branding together before doing a full omnichannel rollout. From the direct mail, collateral, in-store marketing and associate training materials to the app, emails, landing page and so much more, we made sure our customers knew that Kohl’s Rewards was all about them and made it easy peasy to join. Customers love Kohl’s Cash, so we make sure they can score even more, while we track it and help them spend it. From first-time shoppers to longtime loyalists, we reward them every chance we get. Because they earn it. Every. Single. Day.
